School is not always a good fit for children. In fact, recent research shows traditional schools are not a good fit for three-quarters of the students! Intuitively, this makes sense. After all, just as children do not learn how to swim or ride their bike at precisely the same age, no child will learn to read, write, or compute their math facts at exactly the same age. And yet, the traditional educational system teaches this one-size-fits-all approach.
A tremendous benefit to home education is the freedom to allow our children to learn at their pace, their developmental time, and in a way that best fits their needs.
If you think your child needs a different educational setting, but you are not sure of your options or are scared, frustrated, or overwhelmed by these options, please reach out!
