Membership Fee's

The Studio operates from 9am to 3pm, and drop-off and pick-up hours are between 8:30am and 3:30pm. 

For families that enroll multiple learners, a 10% discount will be applied to the second and each subsequent learner.

The Gathering wants to support as many families as possible! We are happy to offer need-based scholarships for families needing additional financial assistance. If you wish to apply for a need-based scholarship, please reach out so we can start the process! 

Families can pay their membership payment upfront or enroll in a 9-month payment plan (September-May). There are no refunds or credits for missed learning days, holidays, or vacations. 

Membership payments are invoiced on the 15th of each month, payable by the end of the month for the subsequent month. The initial payment is due in August for a September start date. The last payment is due in April for an end of the year date in May. 

If you begin enrollment in January, your monthly membership payments will be as follows: 

• 2 Day Membership: $2,225, plus the $250 supply/material fee
• 3 Day Membership: $2,945, plus the $250 supply/material fee
• 5 Day Membership: $3,780, plus the $250 supply/material fee

All Gathering Learning Studio memberships require a one-semester commitment. After the one-semester commitment, enrollment may be canceled with a 30-day written notice.
