Registration

Contact us about your interest in joining or learning more about The Gathering Learning Studio. A member of our team will reach out to you. 

We ask that all prospective students sign up for a Trial Learning Day to explore whether The Gathering is a place the student wishes to attend. 

Following the Trial Day and the family/student interest in joining The Gathering, families will receive a questionnaire to assess fit. We want to ensure The Gathering is a good fit for all parties involved - students, parents, and the culture of The Gathering. 

Once a good fit has been determined, families will receive a registration link. Completing this enrollment link and paying the non-refundable material/supply fee will reserve your student's spot. 

Enrollment is open twice yearly, with start dates in September and January. The deadline for Fall 2024 enrollment is August 18th, with a September 3rd start date. The deadline for Spring 2025 enrollment is December 6th, with a January 6th start date.
